Dr Clare Richardson-Barlow

Clare is a Lecturer in East Asian Studies at the School of Languages, Cultures & Societies at the University of Leeds where she teaches on regional political economy topics. Clare's research and teaching explores climate and energy policy, just transitions, and energy governance in Southeast Asia.
