Voices from the Green Transition

Voices from the Green Transition

🎬

"Voices from the Green Transition" portrays transition in the Global South, in South Africa and Chile.

The film is directed by Vivian Price and produced by Vera Trappmann.

Thanks to the team members involved in the research and filming in South Africa and Chile: Alex Beresford, Ursula Balderson, Ruth Bookbinder and Mattia Dessi.

Deep thanks go to all participants in the film, to our union partners whose insights and cooperation were central to the film’s development.

The film is funded by Leeds University Business School and Hans-Böckler-Stiftung.

"(No) Just Transition in the UK” is made by Storycatchers and  Leeds University Business School

The transition will reshape jobs, industries and communities across the UK. Through workers’ experiences in the UK, this film explores what a just transition needs to deliver: good work, the skills to adapt and a genuine voice in the decisions that affect people’s futures.

Thanks in particular to Dave Douglas for his participation in the film, as well as to team members involved in the research Jo Cutter and Ursula Balderson
