Dr Jiachen Shi

Jiachen is a lecturer in management consulting and HRM at the Leeds University Business School. In Chinese contexts, Jiachen is interested in exploring Just Transition as a top-down strategy from the state - changing HRM mechanisms in organisations in this context such as worker voice, unions and other mechanisms.
